Yoga

The focus of my classes is relaxation and meditation (the “real deal” according to Erich Schiffmann.) The type of yoga I teach is based on Kripalu, an introspective approach that uses the body’s wisdom as guidance. I often organize classes by a therapeutic theme such as “yoga for digestion” and “yoga for back pain.” The classes can be light-hearted and fun, but are often deeply moving and relaxing.
